Catering Assistant (with delivery) South West Norse
1. Location: Plymtree Primary School, Tiverton
2. Salary: £23,.20 pro rata, £11.44/hour
3. Hours Per Week: 15 hpw
4. Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 10.45am - 1.45pm (term-time only)
5. 45p per mile mileage entitlement
South West Norse is the successful service partnership between Devon County Council and Norse Group, delivery a range of essential facilities management services to a growing number of clients in the region.
As we recognise the importance of building a strong kitchen team to be a key ingredient to our catering success, we currently have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Catering Assistant join our team at Plymtree Primary School on a permanent basis.
We will be providing a full catering service to the school, and your role will be to support the kitchen team with food preparation, service delivery and kitchen maintenance. This is a customer facing position, so you will need to be confident engaging with our clients on a daily basis.
As part of the role, you will be responsible for collecting meals from Castle Primary School, Tiverton, delivering to and serving at Plymtree Primary, Returning boxes to Castle after service. It is therefore it is essential you hold a Full UK Driving Licence for the role and have access to a vehicle.
