About the role
As an Arborist Team Leader, you will focuson the day-to-day running of the contract, managing the planningand performance of works through area-based teams and ensuring thatthe required contract specifications are met. You will haveresponsibility for people management, and health and safetyconformance. You will work closely with both internal teams andclients to ensure smooth operations and the highest performancestandards.
Requirements
* This role will require Level 3 Maintenance(Formally CS 30 / CS 31), Level 3 Climb Trees and Perform AerialRescue (Formally CS 38), Level 2 Operate a Chain Saw from a Ropeand Harness (Formally CS 39)
* Level 3 Aerial Tree Rigging (Formally CS 41) wouldbe desirable.
* Proven experience as an Arborist
* Full Clean Driving Licence.
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety proceduresand risk management.
* Ability to train, guide, and mentor othersin arb techniques
* Strong organizational and problem-solvingskills.
