We are currently on the hunt for an Assistant Manager at Clockwise Liverpool, located in Edward Pavilion overlooking the iconic Royal Albert Dock.
This well established site holds a thriving community with beautiful private offices, dedicated desks and meeting rooms.
You will ideally have a management background in hospitality, flex-space or real estate with a love for people and numbers!
The role of assistant manager is responsible for the support of the general manager and the location team and carries responsibility for a variety of tasks. The role demands strong operational focus with the ability to support/play an active role in the achievement of our sales and commercial objectives as outlined in the balance score card.
Deputising in the absence of your manager and covering colleagues in their absence, our assistant managers have the skill set to manage all aspects of our buildings.
Responsibilities include:
* Engage with our wonderful members! Capturing feedback, assisting with enquiries and dealing with issues.
* Support the achievement of the locations occupancy and average desk rate targets.
* Issue licenses for office sales and workin collaboration with the account receivable (AR/finance) team to deliver accurate billing and debtor management process.
* Processvirtual office (VO) licence agreements, ensuring compliance with our process.
* Ensure new member move ins are managed whilst leading and communicating with the team to achieve this.
* Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to company team colleagues.
* Manage relationships with building suppliers and third parties in a professionally and collaboratively.
* Work with your general manager andon-sitecolleagues to ensure health and safety compliance, in alignment with our policies and systems.
* Support action planning following member survey feedback and feedback received through wider channels.
* Support your general manager in thesupervision ofthe team.
