As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of the school office. This includes managing reception and admin staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our school’s administrative and support services. The office is the hub of our school where a wide range of demands need to be met to a professional standard. Your role will be crucial in providing excellent reception services and supporting the administration and day-to-day operations of the school. This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity to join and help shape our admin support team. It is essential that the you have previous line manager experience, have a calm and organised personality, a flexible approach and have the ability to cope with a wide range of tasks. IT skills are important, and you will need to be fully competent in the full range of Microsoft products and have English GCSE Grade C or above.
