We are looking for a People Advisor / HR Generalist for a part-time role based in Cambridge which offers hybrid working and free parking.
The role is 3 days a week, which can be worked over school term time or throughout the year.
Reporting to the Director, this is a great opportunity for someone interested in working within a sports environment.
Key responsibilities -
1. Auditing the current people management arrangements
2. Managing the central database of employees
3. Developing guidance and templates based on current legislation
4. Creating contracts of employment and creating volunteer arrangements
5. Running training sessions on people management
6. Developing a forum for employees
7. People Management support
8. Guidance and signposting to ensure they a legally compliant
9. Reporting and creating briefing papers for the management team in relation to people management concerns.
10. About you?
CIPD Level 5/7 or equivalent level of knowledge and experience.
11. Experienced in using Microsoft office including excel
12. Excellent employment law knowledge
