We are currently seeking a dedicated Class Teacher to join our team in the education and training sector. This is a temporary position with full-time hours expected. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching to primary school students.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the national curriculum
* Assess and monitor student progress
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
* Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with primary school students
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A relevant degree in Education or a related field
* Previous experience as a Class Teacher or similar role
* Sound understanding of the national curriculum
* Ability to differentiate teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
* Excellent classroom management skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
* Additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN)
The Class Teacher role involves working in a primary school setting, with regular hours from Monday to Friday. The position may require occasional participation in school events or meetings outside of normal hours.
Salary: £31,650 - £43,607 per annum
