Part-Time Accounts Administrator ,
Accounts Administrator, £24,000 - £26,000 (pro rata)
Hours: 20-30 hours over 3 to 4 full days essential days must include Thurs & Fri
Our client is currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator on a part-time basis working in our Warrington office with 1-2 visits per month to the Irlam office. The successful person will assist with accounts administration for both companies.
The Duties:
* Uniform ordering for both business units
* Company credit card administration
* Weekly custom clearance submissions
* Processing employee expenses
* Update monthly Environmental usage tracker
* Assisting with annual stock take administration
* Payroll administration collating information for submission to payroll bureau
* Administer of company reward discount scheme
* Processing purchase invoices
* Provide holiday cover for the finance team
* Assist with other accounting duties as required
The Skills:
* Excellent Excel knowledge
* Ability to work in faced paced environment
* Proactive mindset
* Willing learner / curious about systems and processes
* Attention to detail with strong numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills
* Ensuring all activities are completed accurately and efficiently
* Confident in using multiple bespoke software systems
* Ability to perform well both individually and as part of a team
* Maintain confidentiality in all areas of work
The Qualifications Required:
* AAT qualifications
* Excellent Excel skills
