Sales Branch Director – Central London
At KFH, we are looking for a sales branch director to join our sales division in South Kensington.
Do you have experience as a Branch Director or Manager of a successful sales office? Have you experience of growing a London office and productively managing a dynamic team? Are you self-motivated, resilient, and determined? If so, this Branch Director position could offer you an excellent opportunity to develop and expand this branch. We’re looking for an individual that can collaborate with others, share their sales knowledge and skills.
We have a residential sales Branch Director position available to take over and run one of our vibrant London teams. As a branch director, you will play a key part in proactively maximizing business opportunities within the branch and across the Division, and developing a sales team offering exceptional customer service to your buyers and vendors, along with our solicitors, mortgage consultants, and other parties.
You will report to our Regional Director.
Responsibilities of a Sales Branch Director include:
1. Maximize the revenue opportunities.
2. Ensure the company’s customer service standards are of the highest at all times.
3. Support your team members by providing timely and appropriate advice and guidance.
4. Provide advice and guidance on relevant legislation as required.
5. Ensure your branch is operating at the highest level of compliance with company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
6. Work with the Regional Director to agree on an annual business plan and regular quarterly targets.
7. Report accurately on your branch’s performance.
