Warehouse Administrator Warrington/Runcorn £25,000 £27,000 depending on experience My client is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Warehouse Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks within the warehouse and sales department, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. Responsibilities: Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating inventory records, purchase orders, and invoices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and documentation for inventory, and other relevant records. Raise PO and credit notes to align with invoices. Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments, working closely with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and pick-up. Monitor inventory levels and assist in conducting regular stock counts to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with the warehouse team to implement and maintain efficient processes and workflows. Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to inventory, shipments, or paperwork. Provide general administrative support to the warehouse team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing paperwork. Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a warehouse or logistics and a sales environment. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
