Meridian requires an experienced receptionist to start ASAP on a temporary to permanent basis in Victoria, Westminster, Central London. Hourly rate £14.67 p/h (inclusive of holiday pay) Start – ASAP Hours - 40 per week Week 1 – 7am – 4pm Week 2 – 8am – 5pm Key tasks Present a professional and courteous welcome to all external visitors and creates a positive image of the company. Work closely with landlord’s building management team when dealing with visitors. Assist with Evacuation Procedures to ensure safety of staff. Communicate emergency procedures to all visitors on arrival to the building. You will be required to communicate with colleagues at all levels, up to and including Board members. Ad hoc Facilities tasks as required by the manager to support other areas of the department. Process post and courier requests. Manage meeting room bookings and setting up rooms with required configuration. Key attributes Professional presentation is very important.
