Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker
Reports To: Registered Manager
Location: Wakefield, WF1
Salary: £15.00 to £16.00 per hour DOE / £37,170 - £39,120 PA (incl. sleeps and on-call allowance)
Monthly Attendance Bonus: £150 per month
Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week, Monday to Sunday, 3 Shifts Per Week / 162.50 hours
Sleep-ins: 10 Per Month

Your Team:
You will be supported by a Clinical in House Team as well as the Head of Care who is an Ex Ofsted Inspector.
Career Progression: Additionally, you will be enrolled in a fast-track Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care for Children. This qualification, combined with paid study leave, will equip you with the necessary expertise to excel as a Registered Manager.
Entry Requirements:
1. Genuine passion for working with children and promoting their welfare.
2. Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
3. Willingness to undergo training and professional development.
4. DOLS experience is desirable.
5. Positive behaviour management training/understanding.
6. Knowledge of the Children's Home Regulations and Ofsted Requirements.
7. A driving licence.
