Responsibilities: Ensure all C ompany P rocedures are adhered to Responsible for maintaining company AS9100 Certification, all Customer Approvals and C ompany QMS Act as primary contact with all stakeholders in matters pertaining to Quality. Lead Inspection Team providing detailed support when required. Collate and Report Quality KPI ’ s to Senior Management Team Identify trends to facilitate continuous improvement activity in a bid to drive down the cost of poor Q uality and improve delivered Quality to customer Ensure all Non-Conformances are investigated in a timely manner and robust preventative actions are implemented Liaise with other group company quality functions on matters of best practice. Develop and maintain appropriate annual internal audit programme Attributes: Good communication skills both written and verbal at all levels Organised with a keen eye for detail Analytical approach to decision making/problem solving Act as mentor/trainer in relation to process improvements Customer facing professionalism Key Skills and Experience: Essential HND/HNC education related to manufacturing (or equivalent experience) Detailed technical inspection knowledge AS9100 qualified auditor (internal or external) P roven track record of Quality Management in a similar role. Detailed k nowledge of AS9100 goo d practice methodology Conversant with Quality Tools – 5y, 8D, Ishika wa, Pareto Conversant in Word and Excel Desirable Use of MRP Six Sigma Mechanical Inspection Technical CNC machining experience
