CRM Executive
Location: Hedge EndHours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
We are seeking a dynamic CRM Executive to join our client's growing team, reporting directly to the CRM & Database Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the customer journey by using data effectively and working closely with the Marketing Team, Franchise & Service Managers, and third-party providers. The role involves ensuring that customers are well-informed about the latest offers and are reminded of upcoming Services and MOTs.
Key Responsibilities:
Database Management:
* Assist in maintaining and developing the marketing database, ensuring data accuracy, currency, and consistency.
* Act as the primary contact for the marketing database, identifying opportunities for system improvements and data management enhancements.
* Support staff in utilising the database for business operations.
* Efficiently handle CRM issues, including customer complaints and resolutions.
* Undertake project work as required and contribute to management reports and metrics.
* Visit dealerships within the group to provide proactive support and training on CRM and CCC systems.
* Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR, and uphold best practices for data use and maintenance.
