Arc Locums is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Business Development Manager with a proven track record of success in the Primary Care sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities with primary care providers.
What You'll Do:
1. Strategic Business Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the primary care market.
2. Market Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the primary care landscape, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
3. Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify new leads through various methods, including networking, industry events, and targeted outreach.
4. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within primary care organizations (e.g., GPs, Practice Managers, Clinical Directors, CCG/ICS representatives).
5. Needs Assessment & Solution Selling: Understand the unique needs of primary care providers and effectively articulate the value.
6. Proposal Development & Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific requirements of potential clients.
7. Negotiation & Closing: Successfully negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
8. Pipeline Management: Accurately forecast and manage sales pipeline, providing regular updates to management.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
10. Industry Engagement: Attend industry conferences, workshops, and events to network and stay informed about market developments.
