About the\nrole
Are you an\nexperienced team leader or supervisor with a background in grounds maintenance\nand horticulture? We are looking for a dedicated Contract Supervisor to join\nour team in Newcastle, overseeing the delivery of high-specification grounds\nmaintenance services in various grounds in the area.
This role\ninvolves liaising directly with high-profile clients and associated\nstakeholders, ensuring high-specification service delivery, the completion of\nstaff and site audits, quoting new and extra works that come in and supporting\na team of contractor staff in the area. This role offers career growth, a\nsupportive working environment, and the chance to make a real impact.
Requirements
* Proven\nexperience as a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, Supervisor or equivalent, with\na proven track record in horticulture.
* A\nprofessional attitude, excellent communication skills (written & verbal),\nand the ability to manage a team effectively.
* Knowledge\nof Health & Safety practices and the correct use of PPE.
* Full\nclean UK Driving License and IT literacy is essential.
