Full-time office working in Kidderminster
Working Hours: 37.5 hour working week, Mon-Fri 8am-4pm (30 minute lunch) with 1 day a week working 9am-5pm

Pay Rate: £12.31 per hour with weekly pay
We are looking for a candidate with excellent organisational skills, who has a keen interest in the IT sector. If you have experience in customer service in hospitality/retail and are looking to take a step into an office working environment, this could be the role for you!

Customer Service Support - Duties & Responsibilities:
* Resolve tickets on time and maintain quality.
* Help the Service Owner with escalations and tasks.
* Join calls to assist with customer issues.
* Communicate directly with customers and businesses.
* Work with teams to resolve order issues and update customers.
* Attend Operational Huddles to support team communication.
* Provide first-line support via email and portal.
Customer Service Support - Skills & Requirements:
* IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment while maintaining quality standards.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
