When you're on annual leave, your time is your own, and you won’t be expected to check emails or respond to work matters. That said, we take pride in delivering exceptional results for our clients. You’ll be expected to manage your workload effectively, meet deadlines, and stay accountable for your tasks. While our core working hours are 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, you may occasionally need to attend client meetings outside these hours—particularly with U.S.-based clients. However, this will be infrequent (1-2 times per month). Your time within work counts. We expect you to keep pace, stay focused, and be fully present during your working hours. Being mindful of how we spend our time is a key part of our success. The Role We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart or progress your career in marketing, working behind the scenes to support the smooth execution of client campaigns and internal operations. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who thrives in a busy, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, staying organised under pressure, and maintaining focus on quality and attention to detail, even when deadlines are tight. The role is fully office-based for the first six months to ensure comprehensive onboarding and collaboration with the team. After this period, hybrid working arrangements may be considered with ideally 3 days office based. Responsibilities Project Support : Assist the team in coordinating project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are met. Prepare project documentation, including briefs, schedules, and task lists. Update and maintain task management tools (e.g., Asana), ensuring all team members are aligned. Design Support : Assist in creating basic design assets, such as presentations, social media graphics, or simple layouts, using tools like Canva or similar software. Ensure that all creative work aligns with client brand guidelines and visual standards. Demonstrate a good understanding of design principles such as layout, typography, and color theory. Social Media Management : Schedule and maintain social media accounts for clients, ensuring consistent and timely posting. Monitor engagement metrics and flag opportunities for improvement or growth. Data & Reporting : Compile and analyse data-driven reports to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Work with spreadsheets and other tools to organise data clearly and efficiently. Demonstrate a solid understanding of basic mathematics, with a GCSE grade of 6 or above (or equivalent). Administration : Compile reports, presentations, and campaign summaries for internal use. Organise internal meetings, take notes, and track follow-up actions. Maintain accurate records and project files. Proofreading & Writing : Ensure all written materials are free of errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting. Proofread internal and external documents, campaigns, and communications to a high standard. Spot mistakes quickly and ensure accuracy across all deliverables. Support content creation with excellent writing skills and clarity in messaging. Research & Insights : Conduct industry research to support campaign planning and strategy development. Monitor competitor activity and emerging trends in the health and wellness sector. Team Collaboration : Work closely with creative, design, and content teams to support the delivery of assets. Assist in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas for campaigns and strategies. What We’re Looking For Non-Negotiable Skills : Exceptional writing, grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities. This role is ideal for someone who can easily spot and correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation mistakes. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident communication skills. Education & Experience : Degree in Marketing, Business, English, Psychology, or a related field is preferred. Up to 1 year of experience in an agency or marketing environment (internships included)is a plus. Familiarity with design tools and a basic portfolio showcasing creative projects is a plus. Additional Skills & Attributes : Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A good eye for design and a solid understanding of design principles. Strong numeracy skills and comfort working with data; GCSE Maths grade 6 or above is required. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. A self-starter with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Interest in health, wellness, and lifestyle brands is a plus.
