DRIVERS ARE ESSENTIAL DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE ROLE
As a Team Leader within Blessed Hearts Homecare, a successful domiciliary care company, you will be based from the office in Stafford and have front line responsibility for the support team, working closely with them to ensure the highest quality of personal and social care is delivered to vulnerable people of Staffordshire, living in their own homes.
Offering a reliable service to adults in all age groups, giving families the peace of mind that their loved ones are supported. Providing support in areas such as elderly care, learning disabilities, palliative care, complex support, practical assistance, etc.
Working within a friendly and supportive team, as a Domiciliary Care Team Leader, you will report into the Care Manager and work alongside other Team Leaders.
You will be involved with:
1. Supervisions / competencies / spot checks
2. Spending time out and about in the community, interacting with clients and families, addressing any issues which may arise and resolving them ASAP.
3. Supporting new starters with training / induction
4. Supporting with new referrals
5. Providing cover for calls as needed
6. Part of on-call rota

Hours of Work:
* 40 hours per week
* Shift times are 9-5 but flexibility outside these hours is needed
