A unique opportunity to work and support the Beauty Commercial Project Manager in delivering key projects from an extensive programme of New Stores, Refurbishments and Brand Executions.
The role is to support day to day operations and processes in order to successfully deliver projects across our programme. This opportunity allows relationships to be built across various Internal & External Stakeholders including brands, designers and contractors.
This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the UK’s leading multi-brand retailers who are continuously expanding their property portfolio and pushing the boundaries of retail design.
This role will centre around Project Management and Co-ordination with the end goal of excellent Delivery, Execution and Consistency. This will also include the implementation and development of the strategy of the business.
1. Support our Beauty Commercial Project Manager in Technical Design Reviews and communicate feedback confidently to relevant stakeholders.
2. Successfully deliver and array of Projects, working closely with all relevant Internal & External stakeholders for excellent Project Delivery.
3. Efficiently plan, track and record Projects and report confidently the status of Projects to Senior members of the team.
4. Identify, define and develop Project tasks and resources. Confidently use appropriate tools in order for efficient delivery.
5. Manage the day to day operation inclusive of workload in accordance with our Commercial function.
6. Ensure the Frasers Retail Brand DNA is protected, aligned and developed to deliver a World Class output.
Qualifications
7. Experience in Retail Project Management
8. Experience in Retail Technical Design & Delivery
9. Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
10. Experience in interpreting space plans and technical drawings /manufacture details
11. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
12. Ability to form strong and productive relationships across all levels
13. Flexible and adaptable to cope with fast track projects and changing business requirements
14. Commitment to continue self-development
15. Demonstration of good time management, focusing appropriate resources to meet business and project objectives
16. Critical thinking and problem solving skills
17. Technically literate.
18. Excellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
19. Experience using AutoCad
20. Experience using Revit (desirable)
21. Experience of Microsoft Project (desirable)
