French speaking Customer Service Advisor

Salary: Up to £29,500 depending on experience

Main duties:
1. Support customers and franchisees with their enquiries
2. Answer telephone calls and emails
3. Manage and process franchisee orders
4. Prepare export documents
5. Support the marketing team with translations
6. Admin duties as and when required
Candidate's Profile
1. Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Essential
2. Previous customer service or office admin experience
3. Motivated candidate with strong aspirations to progress
4. Excellent communication skills
5. IT literate
