Pulse Nursing is currently recruiting passionate Paediatric Nurses to join our dedicated team in West Yorkshire. If you’re a compassionate, skilled nurse with a focus on delivering high-quality care to children, we want to hear from you!
As a Paediatric Nurse, you will provide expert care to children and young people, ensuring they receive the best possible support across a variety of healthcare settings in West Yorkshire. You will play a vital role in the delivery of care for children with a range of medical conditions, from minor injuries to more complex health needs, whilst offering support to families and ensuring their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to children of all ages, from infants to adolescents
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans tailored to each patient
* Support children and their families through treatment, discharge, and recovery
* Administer medications, manage symptoms, and monitor progress
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, healthcare assistants, and other specialists
* Offer emotional support and reassurance to both children and their families during times of stress or illness
* Ensure that safeguarding and health and safety protocols are followed at all times

Skills & Qualifications:
* Registered Nurse (Children’s) with valid NMC pin
* A passion for providing excellent care to children and young people
* Strong communication skills and a caring, empathetic approach
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and independently
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and training
* Minimum 6 months experience post qualification
* Right to work in the UK - Proof will be required
