Customer Service Advisor - Exeter - Temp role until January - £11.50 t o £11.80 per hour - Overtime available - Weekly Paid - Free Parking - Staff Discount - Seasonal full time role that will be until JANUARY 2025 - 37.50 hour week. 8.30am - 4.30pm. Some Weekend work will be required on a rotating basis.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will take Customer Orders over the phone, internet and email. You will engage with Customers, have a friendly, patient and understanding manner due to the diverse customer base. Process Orders, deal with queries, enquiries and explain other associated products they may also be interested in. Have a keen eye for detail to ensure all orders are processed quickly, correctly and efficiently.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be part of a small, friendly busy team, where they all pull together to ensure the best possible delivery of a Customer Service experience is given to all customers
