The post holder will oversee the delivery of the Core Psychiatry training Programme in NHSE England North West. It will cover the East (formerly North West) part of the Scheme.
The post holder will support the Head of School in the Strategic Development of the North West School of Psychiatry and contribute to supporting the School Operational Programme.
The post holder will be a member of the School Board and Core Psychiatry Speciality Training committee.
Please note this is a 3 year secondment with potential to extend to a maximum of three years, subject to mutual agreement.

• To provide expert advice on Specialty specific matters to the Scheme.
• To ensure that the training programme remains appropriate to deliver the RCPsych Core Psychiatry speciality curriculum
• To provide rotation details in a timely manner to the Programme Support Team in order to meet our contractual requirements
• To support the Head of School to ensure appropriate systems for Assessment, Rotational Management, Trainee Supervision & Support and other functions within the School.
