Recruitment Assistant
We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and have a knack for multi-tasking. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, managing candidate databases, and supporting the recruitment team in various administrative tasks.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Assistant at Pinsent Masons, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Scheduling interviews and coordinating with agencies, candidates and hiring managers.
* Posting job advertisementson various job boards and social media platforms.
* Maintaining recruitment databasesand tracking applicant information.
* Communicating with candidatesthroughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
* Providing administrative supportto recruiters and other team members as needed.
* Ad hoc responsibilities as designated by the recruitment team.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role is preferred.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours:
Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday 9:30am-5:30pm. Our office is located in the heart of Birmingham near the City Centre. As an inclusive employer, we are willing to consider any flexible working requests.

The first stage is typically conducted virtually and the second stage typically in person at the office in which the role would be based.
