Job Description
We are seeking proactive, and empathetic Personal Assistant Support Worker with an interest in events, theatre, concerts, and social outings. This role involves supporting a 43-year-old man with disabilities resulting from a childhood traumatic head injury. He has epilepsy, short-term memory loss, and visual impairment and needs assistance to enhance his independence and community engagement. This is a rewarding role with a chance to significantly impact an individual's life. All professional training provided.

Companionship
Support the client in engaging with the community through activities such as music events, basketball, go-karting, and more.
Help manage daily activities, promoting independence rather than just providing care.
Assist in documenting activities in a memory book to help cope with memory loss.
Develop a structured weekly and monthly activity schedule that fosters social interaction, independence, and enjoyment while keeping within budget constraints.
Additional requirements
Nn-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working hours
