Our dynamic HR Digitalisation team consists of four dedicated members focusing on three key areas:
1. HR reporting, analytics and insights
2. Managing and improving our core HR systems and apps
3. Identifying opportunities and implementing solutions to automate processes
As an HR Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering and developing our HR Analytics strategy, providing insights that align with our business and HR priorities and maintaining and improving our Business Intelligence reporting. Operating as a subject matter expert, the analyst will support our HR colleagues and stakeholders across the business to deliver HR Analytic initiatives which help inform and enable data-driven decision-making. The role will focus on three key areas:
HR Reporting: Working in partnership with our Systems team to ensure our data integrity is high and Power BI dashboards and Business Objects reports accurately reflect the business.
HR Analytics: Developing and providing insight which supports our business and focus on becoming more digitally enabled.
Value-added automation: Working with the wider function to identify, develop and deliver automation to drive improved employee experience, efficiency, and accuracy.
What you’ll do:
1. Working closely with the HR Digitalisation Manager, you will help to shape and deliver the HR Analytics Plan and roadmap.
2. Engaging with stakeholders (HRBP, Systems, payroll etc.) to identify key reporting and analysis requirements.
3. Design & maintain Business Intelligence reports (Power BI and Business Objects) that provide insight on our people data by highlighting trends, identifying potential causes and the possible impact of any interventions.
4. Monthly HR reporting of key metrics (e.g. headcount, turnover, absence, performance etc.).
5. Quarterly & Annual reporting e.g. Diversity, Performance, Gender Pay Gap, L&D, Employee Engagement Survey etc.
6. Quarterly reports to Skanska AB as required.
7. Maintain company data integrity by using a regular audit process for the data held in the HR Systems, monitoring and recording any data issues.
8. Ensure our reports & processes safeguard all employee sensitive data in line with GDPR regulations.
9. Provide support to the Reward team on cyclical processes e.g. Annual Pay Review, Annual Bonus, Benefits etc.
10. Participate in cross collaboration with other Analytics teams in order to improve ways of working and develop consistent processes.
11. Provide support on ad hoc processes & projects.

2. Identification and deployment of improvement opportunities for HR Reporting & Analytics.
3. Recognised as a key point of contact for HR Analytics development.
4. Accurate, trusted, insightful data which meets the requirements of our business and enables decision-making.
5. Effective relationships with key stakeholders e.g., IT, HR and other system owners.
6. Upskill colleagues to be comfortable with the HR Analytics tools.
7. Deliver the cyclical analytic activities successfully.
What you’ll bring to the role:
1. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and Power BI.
2. Advanced skills using Business Objects (must have).
3. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
4. Ability to prioritise work, to meet critical deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
5. High attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
7. Experience of working within a team or project environment.
8. Experience with Power Automate and SQL.
