In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, define workflows, and support Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects, leveraging cutting-edge Salesforce technologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead discovery workshops to gather and analyse customer requirements. Create and maintain user stories in Jira/ADO. Define business process flows using Visio. Generate UI mockups using Figma. Work closely with Architects, Tech Leads, and Test Leads for requirement handover. Facilitate UAT by coordinating with business teams. Provide insights into Salesforce capabilities and configurations. Collaborate within Agile teams, participating in refinements and backlog grooming sessions. Key Skills & Experience: 8 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in Salesforce Business Analysis. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies (Salesforce configurations, capabilities). Proficiency in Jira/ADO, Visio, and Figma. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
