Position overview
As a member of the Franchise Support team, you'll handle administrative tasks and projects to support both the team and franchisees, aiming to enhance their performance. The role requires a proactive attitude and diverse skills, including experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, presenting, and aiding sales. The ideal candidate should be able to manage their own workload and contribute to a structured approach that delivers meaningful support. Supporting with 1-1 support of franchisees as a they launch their consultancy business.
Objective/s of the job role:
* Strengthening the Franchise support team to increase the overall performance of franchisees in the UK (the network).
* An integral member of operational franchise support.
* Providing operational support to the network; demonstrating thorough knowledge of the best practice methods for the business.
* Build solid relationships with network through mutual respect and trust.
1. This role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities;
* Support with checking all new CRM requests
* Review inbound leads and allocate them to individuals within the network.
* Actively booking internal webinars, introducing speakers and moderating questions/answers
* Scheduling and managing event bookings under the guidance of the support team.
* Guiding franchisees on best practice (training) for direct mail campaigns.
* Supporting in onboarding new franchisees
2. Skills required:
* Highly proficient in Microsoft suite of tools.
* Strong communication skills, both written and vocal are essential to building trust and rapport with the network.
* Proficient in excel and CRM systems to ensure the UK network are given timely and skilled support (CRM training will be provided)
* Experience organising and managing physical & online events.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Good initiative and personal drive being proactive in day to day support.
* Experience in franchising (preferred not essential)
3. Day to day role:
* Work closely with the UK Support Team, Marketing & Franchisee sales team to deliver on strategies that will stimulate growth.
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all key marketing initiatives and tools. Supporting UK franchisees on marketing initiatives such as direct mail and excel support, one to one or in groups.
* Organise and attend meetings and online webinars throughout the UK network where you will be asked from time to time to prepare corporate updates and best practice.
* Participate in UK Conference events and International Conference events which are designed to inform, educate and inspire franchisees to reach higher performance levels. You will be expected to organise certain workshops if needed.
* Build solid relationships with UK franchisees to become a trusted advisor to motivate, support and grow their business with them longer term.
* Receptively building your knowledge on key software tools such as PowerBI, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, Docusign, Templafy, ERA App etc. So that you feel confident in this technology and be the ‘go to’ person for questions. (training will be provided)
* Ability to problem solve issues and deliver solutions in a confident manner
