Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that cater to the diverse needs of primary students
2. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported
3. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to facilitate their academic growth
4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and initiatives
5. Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enrich the student experience
6. Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a strong sense of community
Requirements:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a passion for primary education
8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
9. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and stimulating learning environment
10. Adaptability and flexibility to meet the diverse needs of students and respond to changing circumstances
11. Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and grow as an educator
12. Dedication to supporting the holistic development and well-being of every child
