The role will involve delivering group based and individual interventions in line with the pathway model and utilising Structured Clinical Management (SCM). An understanding of this model would be desirable, but training, support and supervision are offered within the service. There will be a requirement to undertake the role of named worker for a caseload of service users. Some individual and group-based interventions are being delivered remotely, and the successful candidate will therefore have strong ICT skills and be able to communicate effectively with others through technology.
