We’re seeking a dedicated and proactive Operational Support Administrator to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery while processing customer requirements efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities: In this dynamic role, you will act as the primary contact point for drivers arriving on-site, ensuring smooth stock deliveries and collections. You’ll establish trusted relationships with both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. You’ll develop a deep understanding of our systems and processes, communicating any significant updates to supervisors and management while ensuring all customer requirements align with our operating planning rules (OPRs). Accurate data entry and effective internal communication will be essential to maintaining our high standards. Additionally, you will: Respond promptly and clearly to customer demands, ensuring their requirements are understood and fulfilled. Support other departments by effectively communicating customer needs. Capture and update non-conformance records and ensure accurate reporting. Facilitate colleague training to ensure operational continuity during leave or peak periods. Carry out additional tasks as directed by the management team to support operational excellence.
