About The Role We are seeking a skilled Fire Safety Surveyor to join our client’s Asset Management team. You will oversee fire safety-related projects, including the installation of sprinklers, loft compartmentation, and external wall remediation works. Your role will involve identifying fire-related risks, implementing remedial actions, and working closely with their external advisors to ensure compliance with safety standards. You will manage contracts, issue orders, check valuations, authorise payments, handle delays, and chair progress meetings. Your contribution to the Assets team will include advising on specifications, standards, and selecting fire safety products. About You You should have experience managing fire safety projects, contracts, and building repairs. A professional qualification in Building Surveying (HNC/HND), CIOB, or equivalent is required, along with a solid understanding of fire safety regulations. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, have excellent organisational skills, and manage priorities efficiently. A full UK driving license and access to a car for business use are also required. The successful candidate will need a basic DBS certificate.
