This is a role that requires energy! It’s fast paced and requires you and your management team to provide visible leadership and role model service levels that are a cut above the expected standard.
Overseeing a large pub & restaurant, a bustling showbar, the supermarket and the fabulous Brean Country Club as well as several quick service outlets, this is a broad F&B focused role.
You’ll be commercially driven, always having your eye on quality, whether showcasing your venues to the highest standards, driving first class service or keeping close to the quality of the food and the products themselves.
You’ll have a proven track record of delivering results through customer focussed and commercially driven teams and you’ll be a natural at engaging and inspiring your 40+ strong team.
An excellent communicator and problem solver, you’ll be pro-active in preventing problems by implementing effective processes and initiatives, particularly when it comes to compliance and meeting legal obligations.
Your dynamic experience in leading teams across a diverse range of food, beverage, and/or retail operation will mean that the Unity experience will stand out from the crowd and lead the way in the industry.
