At PSR Solutions we are currently recruiting for a Main Contractor specialising in industrial projects up to £20m. With an office in Birmingham and projects covering the North West, they are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team.
Contracts Manager Roles and Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage multiple industrial projects across the North West, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
* Develop and implement project plans, coordinating with site teams and subcontractors.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, contractual obligations, and company policies.
Contracts Manager Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry, in industrial projects.
* Strong knowledge of project management, contract administration, and health & safety regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Salary £80,000 - £90,000 + Package and Benefits.
