As part of our expansion and the reinforcement of the organisation, we're looking for an Administrative assistant for our office in Leeds.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
You will be responsible for carrying out the following tasks:
* Customer service;
* Registering customer orders;
* Order Tracking; delivery notes and invoices;
* Updating spreadsheets and other data entry tasks;
* Checking & organizing company email and responding to emails;
* Responsible for reception / phone coverage, taking messages, answering calls and directing inquires.
REQUIREMENTS:
* English proficiency;
* Spanish knowledge is a plus;
* Administration background;
* Based in the Leeds area of influence.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail;
* Additional skills: Competency in all Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
