A well-established UK charity is seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Registered Nurse to join its community hospice at home service, delivering expert care to children and young people with life-limiting conditions. Operating in South East London the organization is dedicated to providing high-quality, family-centered care in the home environment.About the RoleAs a Senior Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for: Providing respite care Offering short breaks (2-6 hours) to support familiesManaging symptoms and medications Ensuring children receive expert clinical careDelivering end-of-life and post-death care Providing compassionate and dignified supportOverseeing a caseload of children Developing and reviewing individualised care plansWhats on Offer?
