• Knowledge of guidance and requirements around safeguarding children
• Knowledge of effective behaviour management strategies
• Good ICT skills, particularly using ICT to support learning
• Experience of identifying priorities in individual classes and adapting teaching to develop teaching, learning and subsequently academic outcomes
