Non Food - Designer - Clothing

Your role as a Designer will involve shaping and delivering design strategies, identifying commercial opportunities, and ensuring the seamless development and launch of products.
What you'll do
You will play a crucial role in delivering our Category Design Strategy and ensuring that Tu clothing remains relevant and appealing to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Creating mood boards and design themes.
2. Supporting the delivery of macro and category trends.
3. Identifying new commercial product opportunities aligned with growth plans.
4. Designing competitive product ranges tailored to key customer profiles.
5. Collaborating with suppliers to achieve optimum product costs.
6. Overseeing the product development process from concept design to launch.
7. Liaising with various teams to ensure quality standards and targets are met.
8. Incorporating sustainable practices in our work and products.
To excel in this role, you should have experience in retail, specifically in clothing, jewellery, or watches markets, and possess strong commercial awareness. You should be knowledgeable about product design and development in the retail industry, with technical expertise in clothing and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in computer software such as Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is essential.
