The Role
Reporting to the CEO and Founder, you will be responsible for managing and optimising all digital sales channels. This role requires analytical expertise, strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a strong commercial mindset to drive growth in the wellness, fitness, and sports nutrition sectors.
Who We’re Looking For
* Manage Paid Media and Amazon agencies to drive performance across Google, Meta, and Amazon
* Lead the Email & CRM agency to execute customer retention strategies
* Drive revenue and traffic growth across all D2C channels
* Oversee CRO, landing pages, ad creative, product strategy, and Shopify improvements
* Develop and execute an effective SEO strategy
* Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and high-converting content
* Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous optimisation
* Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners
* Oversee Shopify site maintenance, APIs, and technical development
* Manage Affiliate programs, Subscriptions, Loyalty & Referral programs, and Discounts
* Work with the inventory team on demand planning and stock management
* Monitor P&L across all channels to ensure profitability
Key Responsibilities
