Pharmacy Manager – Independent, Community-Focused Pharmacy Group
Are you a driven, enthusiastic pharmacy professional ready to lead a thriving community pharmacy? We’re searching for a self-motivated individual with a positive outlook and a passion for staying current with the evolving pharmacy landscape.
Our newly refurbished pharmacy provides a modern, welcoming environment equipped for excellence. As part of our independent pharmacy group, you’ll enjoy the full support of a corporate structure—including access to a helpdesk, a separate superintendent, an Operations Director, and an Area Coach—while benefiting from the agility, personal touch, and dynamism of an independent company.
Role Highlights
1. Leadership & Operations: Lead and manage a community pharmacy, acting as the face of our pharmacy group within the community and driving customer service excellence.
2. Clinical Growth: Earn unlimited commission potential by working with our well-established private travel clinic. Full training provided, empowering you to confidently deliver services and increase your earnings.
3. Team Support: You’ll have a skilled team, including a checking dispensing assistant and a checking technician (ACT). The ACT oversees care home services, which are all original-pack and use eMAR, ensuring seamless and efficient care.
4. Enhanced Support from Head Office: Benefit from additional head office support that reduces administrative burdens, such as centralised New Medicine Service (NMS) procedures, allowing you to focus on patient care and pharmacy growth.
5. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on industry trends, ensuring our pharmacy remains compliant, innovative, and forward-thinking. Proactively seek to enhance services and patient care.
