JOB DESCRIPTION About the role We have a new opportunity for a Lead Finance Analyst to join our Finance team on a full-time permanent basis, hybrid working based from our Oldham office. As Lead Finance Analyst you will ensure that financial performance in Guinness Property is clearly measured and monitored. The optimisation of the data from the systems is the key to this role. You will be responsible for reviewing end-to-end processes and production of informative MI with drill down in line with key stakeholders' current and future financial performance requirements. Reporting into the Head of Finance you will deliver effective cost management and control processes. Ensure financial performance information is accurate and robust, through the continual review of systems, processes, and production of necessary reports. What we're looking for We are a customer-focussed organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You will not only be an experienced Finance Analyst, but you will also have great customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders. You will also be able to demonstrate the below essential experience: • Experience of understanding and working effectively with Financial Systems to deliver improvements, ideally Oracle Cloud. • Experienced in complex financial and work management systems. • Experience of developing complex reports using a range of report writing tools. • Experience of reviewing and analysing business processes to achieve financial improvements. • Great attention to detail with ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload to meet deadlines. • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills. • Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours Essential Qualifications • ACCA qualified or equivalent If you are interested in finding out more about the key responsibilities of the role and/or to ensure you meet the essential criteria, please review the attached role profile.
