Are you a caring and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in people's lives? We are seeking compassionate Relief Care Assistants to support our customers.
About the Role
We are looking for Relief Care Assistants to provide high-quality care and support to our customers and provide cover for absence, training, holidays and weekends. In this rewarding role, you will help individuals maintain their dignity, independence, and well-being.
In caring for our customers, your main duties will include:
* Providing personal care
* Administration and storage of medication
* Housekeeping
* Supporting people through temporary or terminal illness
* Helping with eating and drinking
* Light domestic duties such as bed making
* Support with social, physical activities and mental stimulation such as hobbies and recreation
About You
You will be warm and friendly and have a natural caring nature, great sense of humour and a positive energy that brings a smile to people's faces.
