About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Senior Care Assistants or Care Assistants looking to take the next step within their career to join our supportive and inclusive community within our homes. Working alongside care assistants, you will be responsible for observing, reviewing, and finalising care planning needs, assisting with social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues in an Akari value-driven way.
