Job summary We have an expression of interest for an Outpatients Appointments Supervisor in Trauma and Orthopaedics. As an Outpatient Appointments Supervisor in Trauma and Orthopaedics, you will provide supervision and leadership to theOutpatient Appointments Team at County Hall, ensuring that the appointments for your designated services are dealt with efficiently and within timescale. Main duties of the job You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including booking and monitoring of outpatient appointments, management of patient referrals, supervision of your Outpatient Appointments Team, waiting list validation, clinic utilisation, quality customer care, and dealing with telephone enquiries from internal and external sources. You will be responsible for the day to day management, supervision, direction and guidance of the team; to include answering queries, dealing with problems, planning and prioritising the teams workload.
