Chief People Officer | Helping to shape and strengthen high-performing business cultures
About the Role
As our business enters our next stage of growth, we are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced and self-motivated team.
With strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail, you will work closely with the Chief People Officer, supporting company recruitment processes including initial communications with applicants, maintenance of the candidate database, scheduling of interviews and advising on outcomes.
Your ability to handle confidential information with discretion will ensure you are able to undertake due diligence activities, as well as coordinating and compiling monthly Board packs and Town Hall presentations.
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will also assist you in event coordination and facilitation, Executive diary planning and occasional travel arrangements.
Bringing a demonstrated proficiency with MS Office and the ability to quickly learn and understand new systems, you’ll be proud of your growth mindset, with a proven ability to prioritise and work in a proactive and solutions-oriented team.
Please note: this role is for an initial fixed term period of 3 months, with a view to possible permanency.
