We currently have a vacancy for a full-time Registered Mental Health Nurse to work within the Acute Inpatient Service. Ward 12 is a mixed-sex adult acute in-patient ward.
This is an exciting opportunity for self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals to work within the Acute Care Team, supporting adults experiencing acute mental ill health within Lincolnshire. The Acute Care Service provides assessment and individualised care within the least restrictive environment, with minimal disruption to service users, their families, and carers.
We are looking for conscientious, motivated, and progressive staff who can demonstrate a commitment to providing and maintaining high standards of care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flexible and responsive approach are required to fulfil the role within this rewarding area of mental health.
The post holder will be responsible for the assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, in liaison with the care team in the capacity of a mental health nurse.
