The Role As General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, sales, and overall success of the club. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional member experience, driving revenue, and leading a strong, motivated team. Key Responsibilities · Sales and Growth – Drive membership sales through effective outreach, lead conversion, and in-house marketing. · Team Leadership – Recruit, develop, and inspire a team to hit sales and retention targets. · Member Engagement – Ensure exceptional customer service, a welcoming atmosphere, and high retention. · Operations and Standards – Oversee club cleanliness, maintenance, health and safety, and overall gym presentation. · Performance Management – Track key metrics, implement strategies to improve revenue, and take ownership of the club’s financial performance.
