About the role
* Plan, lead, prioritise and manage the day-to-day delivery of a portfolio of Pension projects to meet the objectives of the portfolio and the project objectives
* Supports the head of projects to manage each project end to end.
* Support the day to day activities of the team with technical oversight for complex pension requirements.
* Manage a project delivery team including allocating projects and tasks, reviewing performance, providing internal communication, coaching identify training needs and provide line management support
* Attendance at client and/or trustee meetings
About you
* Experience in a leadership or management role in the pension industry and knowledge of both defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes
* Previous experience in managing portfolios of projects or in managing a team of DB pension administrators
* Excellent knowledge of Pension and actuarial calculation and/or data projects
* Strong technical pensions and legislative knowledge and understanding.
* Experience of insurance transactions, dashboard, GMP projects and/or scheme events
