Job Description
As a Team Leader, you will…
1. Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
2. Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
3. Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
4. Ensure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, addressing any issues quickly and safely.
