Description
1. Manage and maintain HR systems and databases
2. Assist in recruitment, training, and development processes
3. Coordinate HR projects and meetings
4. Compile and update employee records
5. Handle HR-related inquiries or requests
6. Maintain schedule and coordinate staffing
7. Support the HR department in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
8. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Profile
A successful Interim People Coordinator should have:
1. Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
2. Strong ability in using MS Office, HR software, and systems
3. Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to handle data with confidentiality
6. Strong organisational and time management skills
